I am an Associate professor at the School of Social Work and the Institute for Nonprofit Organizations at the University of Georgia in Athens. My research focuses on innovation in nonprofit human service organizations, with a special attention to organizational culture and transformational leadership as factors affecting organizational innovativeness. My other areas of interest include individual creativity, cross-cultural research, and partnerships.
